📘 Course Enrollment Guidelines
Welcome to Zahra Quran & Science Academy! Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process into our esteemed academic and spiritual programs.
📝 How to Enroll in a Course
- Browse Courses: Visit our Courses page to explore available Quranic, Islamic, and Science programs.
- Choose a Program: Read the course descriptions and select the one that fits your learning goals and current level.
- Create an Account / Login: You must be a registered user. Please Signup or Login before enrolling.
- Complete Enrollment Form: Fill out the course enrollment form with accurate personal and academic details.
- Upload Required Documents: Depending on the course, you may be asked to upload your CNIC/B-form, previous academic certificates, or ID verification.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our academic team will review your application and notify you via email/SMS.
- Start Learning: Once accepted, you will gain access to the course dashboard, class schedule, and resources.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age for Quran courses: 5 years
- Minimum age for Science or Computer courses: 10 years
- Basic literacy in Urdu or English is required
- For advanced courses: Prior level or certificate may be required
📌 Important Notes
- All courses are taught online using Google Meet or Zoom.
- Classes are scheduled in Pakistan Standard Time (GMT+5).
- Attendance is monitored. Students with low attendance may be dropped.
- Parents of minor students should supervise attendance and assignments.
- Course materials will be shared digitally through email or student dashboard.
