By accessing or using our website, enrolling in a course, or using our online educational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Zahra Quran & Science Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 5 years old to enroll in a Quran course.
• You must be at least 10 years old to take Science or Computer courses.
• Parental supervision is required for minors during online classes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You may not share your account with others.

4. Course Access and Materials

• All courses are delivered online through platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.
• Materials (PDFs, recordings, presentations) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
• Zahra Academy retains ownership of all intellectual property provided during the course.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Course fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before class access is granted. We do not offer refunds once the course has started. In special cases (e.g., medical emergencies), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

6. Student Conduct

• Respect must be shown to teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Inappropriate language, behavior, or interruptions will result in suspension or removal.
• Attendance and punctuality are mandatory for successful course completion.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Termination

Zahra Quran & Science Academy may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms. You will be notified via email in case of suspension or removal.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our educational services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures or missed sessions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Islamabad jurisdiction.
