Since our courses are delivered digitally and involve live teacher allocation, we maintain the following refund policy:
Non-Refundable Fees
Fees are non-refundable once:
- A teacher has been assigned
- Classes have started
- Course material has been accessed
- A student attends even one session
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted if:
- You made a duplicate payment
- You paid but never received access
- A course is cancelled by the Academy
- Severe technical issues prevent class access (verified case)
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include payment receipt, student name, and reason
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days
