Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure a satisfying and beneficial learning experience.
Since our courses are delivered digitally and involve live teacher allocation, we maintain the following refund policy:


Non-Refundable Fees

Fees are non-refundable once:

  • A teacher has been assigned
  • Classes have started
  • Course material has been accessed
  • A student attends even one session

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:

  • You made a duplicate payment
  • You paid but never received access
  • A course is cancelled by the Academy
  • Severe technical issues prevent class access (verified case)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include payment receipt, student name, and reason
  3. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days
