Who we are

Information you choose to share
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or a website form, you may share your name, email address, phone number, learner details (such as age, grade, and learning goals), time zone, and your questions. We use this information to respond, recommend a suitable course, arrange classes, and provide support.
When a learner enrols, we also keep the information needed to run the course: the selected course and plan, the class timetable, attendance records, assignment and quiz results, payment and invoice records, and any messages you send to our support team.
Account information
Student, parent, instructor, and administrator accounts are protected by a username or email address and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to our staff. Please keep your login details private and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as browser type, device, approximate region, and the pages you visit, for security and site performance. We also use a privacy-conscious, first-party page counter that does not store raw IP addresses or persistent browser identifiers and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of functional cookies: one to remember your language preference, and session cookies that keep you signed in to a portal and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Live classes, recordings, and learner privacy
Live lessons are conducted in a secure classroom that is limited to the assigned instructor and enrolled students. Class recordings, when they are made, are stored in private storage and are shared only with enrolled students, their parents or guardians, and the academy’s instructors and administrators. Students, parents, and instructors are expected to respect the privacy of everyone present and must not record, copy, or share a class without permission.
Children’s privacy
Many of our learners are children, so we take extra care. Enrolment for a learner under 18 should be arranged by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for supervising the learner’s use of the classroom. We only ask for the minimum information needed to teach the learner, and we do not use children’s information for advertising.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the academy:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers who store the website, database, and class recordings on our behalf
- Payment providers and banks that process your chosen payment method
- Communication services such as WhatsApp and email, when you choose to contact us through them
- Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
Links on this website to WhatsApp, social media, video, maps, or payment services open third-party websites with their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before sharing information with them.
Payment information
Payments are made through bank transfer, mobile account services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, or other international options where available. We record the amount, date, method, and a reference for each payment so we can issue invoices and reconcile accounts. We do not store full card numbers or mobile-account PINs on this website.
International transfers
Our learners join from many countries. Your information may be stored on servers located outside your own country. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected in line with this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and enrolment details only for as long as they are needed to provide education, communicate with you, resolve questions, or meet legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access for instructors and administrators, and private storage for recordings and uploaded files. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep access limited to the people who need it and we review our settings regularly.
Your choices and rights
