Course changes and cancellations
Zahra Quran & Science Academy provides digital and live educational services, so there are no physical products to return or ship back. This page explains how we handle course changes, cancellations, and credits.
Changing a course
If the selected subject or level is not the right fit, contact us before the next class. Where availability allows, we may help move the learner to a more suitable course or teacher at no extra cost.
Changing an instructor or time
Timetable and instructor changes are usually possible with reasonable notice. Tell us your preferred alternative so we can check availability before your next lesson.
Missing a class
Please notify the instructor as early as possible. Makeup options depend on teacher availability and the learner’s timetable. Repeatedly missed lessons that are not rescheduled within the agreed period may be treated as delivered.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you have paid twice, or paid the wrong amount, contact us with the payment date, method, and reference. Verified duplicate payments are refunded or credited to your next month.
Switching between packages
You may move between the Basic, Professional, and Premium packages at the start of a new billing cycle. Any difference in fee is adjusted from the next cycle.
Pausing your enrolment
If your family needs to pause lessons — for travel, exams, or illness — tell us in advance. Where possible we will hold your schedule and resume when you are ready.
