Because our services are digitally delivered and educational in nature, we follow these return guidelines:
Non-Returnable Services
Once you have:
- Enrolled in a course,
- Received class access,
- Been assigned a teacher, or
- Attended your first class,
your purchase becomes non-returnable, as the service has already been provided.
Exceptional Cases
Returns or alternative accommodations may be considered if:
- You were enrolled in the wrong course due to a system error.
- You were given access to incorrect class material.
- You have not attended any class and contact us within 48 hours of payment.
