By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Return Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Learners under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account, for payments, and for supervising the learner’s use of the classroom. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details private.
2. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment is confirmed once the course, timetable, fee, and payment arrangement have been acknowledged by our team. Fees are payable in advance for the agreed period. Where a payment is late, we may pause lessons until the account is settled.
3. Respectful learning
Students, parents, and instructors are expected to communicate respectfully and to protect the privacy of others in live classes. Bullying, harassment, inappropriate language, or sharing class links with people who are not enrolled may result in removal from the classroom and cancellation of the enrolment.
4. Course materials and intellectual property
Course notes, recordings, worksheets, and other materials are provided for the enrolled learner’s personal study. Please do not copy, sell, publish, or redistribute them without our written permission. The academy’s name, logo, and course content remain our property.
5. Scheduling and changes
We may adjust a timetable, instructor, or lesson plan when needed to maintain teaching quality. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible, and we will always try to offer a suitable alternative.
6. Technical requirements
Students are responsible for their device, internet connection, and a suitable place to attend class. We will help troubleshoot academy-side access issues. If a lesson cannot take place because of a problem on our side, we will offer a replacement lesson or credit.
7. Class recordings
Some lessons may be recorded for the enrolled students’ revision. Recordings are stored privately and shared only with enrolled students, their parents or guardians, and the academy’s instructors and administrators. You may not record, download, or share a lesson without permission.
8. Assignments, assessments, and certificates
Assignments, quizzes, and progress records are used to support learning. Certificates of completion are issued for eligible courses once the completion requirements have been met, and can be verified online.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or classroom, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
10. Fees and refunds
Current fees are shown on our Pricing & FAQ page or confirmed with you directly. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, and course changes in our Return Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
We deliver teaching with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee a specific academic result, examination grade, or memorisation outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected period of teaching.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the academy develops. The current version always appears on this page, with the date below showing when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website or attend classes means you accept the updated terms.
